Behind the scenes at Groconut, we have a several missions that we're working towards. Our top two missions are:
1. To help gardeners grow their best plants
2. To educate gardeners about growing sustainably
We know we can't please everyone, but we also know that our product works for us and for everyone who has tried it. If you don't love Groconut and haven't seen a difference in your plant's growth within 60 days of using it, we'll issue you a full refund* (feel free to give the leftovers away or into the compost to benefit your next garden project)!
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
1. Have a receipt of purchase showing you've brought the product within 60 days of initially contacting us for a refund.
2. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know why you're asking for a refund, along with sufficient photographic evidence showing that your plants didn't have any growth while using our product.
3. We'll review your request and process your refund. (We'll probably also shed a tear because to date our product has never let our customers down!)
4. Once your refund is processed, you'll have the money back in your account within 48 hours.
